Forged Alloy is now an officially approved Ford Pro Convertor (FPC). We’re stoked to be part of Ford’s network of specialist vehicle conversion companies across New Zealand.

The Ford Pro Convertor programme is designed to give Ford owners greater confidence when having their vehicles modified for work or recreational use.

To achieve FPC approval, Forged Alloy underwent a comprehensive assessment by Ford engineers, covering our product designs, manufacturing processes, build quality, installation methods and quality control systems. This ensures our approved conversions and processes meet Ford’s technical, safety and quality requirements.

What does this mean for our customers?

Choosing an approved Ford Pro Convertor gives you added peace of mind that your vehicle is being fitted out by a manufacturer that has been independently assessed and approved by Ford.

The programme also provides access to Ford’s technical information and engineering support, helping ensure approved modifications are compatible with the vehicle’s design, safety systems and operating requirements.

Importantly, eligible conversions are backed by a warranty aligned with Ford’s 5 year / 150,000km new vehicle warranty, meaning customers can have their vehicles fitted out without compromising their applicable factory warranty.
