About Us
Forged Alloy’s roots go back to 2017, when we started out supplying ute storage solutions and building custom aluminium trays for customers across New Zealand.
As the business grew, so did our focus on designing and manufacturing our own products. What started with individual custom builds has developed into a comprehensive range of aluminium ute trays, canopies, service bodies and vehicle storage solutions.
Along the way, we’ve taken on everything from custom truck decks and specialised van fitouts through to commercial fleet builds. Each project has helped us develop our skills, improve our designs and expand our manufacturing capabilities.
Today, Forged Alloy is an established Auckland manufacturer with a dedicated team of designers, fabricators and installers working together from our East Tamaki workshop.

Every Forged Alloy ute tray, canopy and service body is designed and manufactured right here in Auckland.
From initial design and CAD drawings through to fabrication, assembly and final installation, we manage the entire process to deliver a complete vehicle fitout that’s ready to use.
